As part of my research, I had the opportunity to delve into the fascinating world of Ghadames, Libya. For my Master's of Science degree in Islamic Art, Architecture, and Urbanism, with a Concentration on "Sustainable Cities of Muslim Societies,” thesis titled "A Topographical Study of the Urban Features of Ghadames, Libya," I examined the unique urban characteristics of this historical city. To provide a more immersive experience, I am delighted to share with you a captivating video that showcases the enchanting Old Town of Ghadames. It has been an incredible journey of exploration and discovery, and I am grateful for the guidance and support of my esteemed supervisor, Dr. Akel Ismail Kahera (Ph.D.) at the College of Islamic Studies in Hamad Bin Khalifa University.
I prepared this video and used it as part of my defense presentation, and it offers a detailed glimpse into the architectural wonders, artistic treasures, and sustainable aspects of Ghadames.
